How to reach us
Email hello@bloombilt.com for anything at all: a question about the products, a security or privacy request, press, or an invoice. It is the fastest route and it reaches both founders. You can also call or text (952) 564-1996, which is the same number listed in our footer and on our ads. If you would rather put time on a calendar than trade emails, book a call and pick a slot that suits you. The form at the bottom of this page goes to the same inbox as the email address.
What happens after you write
A person reads every message; nothing here is routed to a bot queue, and we do not run a sales team that qualifies you before you get to talk to anyone. Expect a reply within a day or two. If you are asking about becoming a customer, the first conversation is a call where we ask what your business does, where the phone calls and the paperwork are going, and whether the thing you need is something we already run or something we would have to build. Sometimes the honest answer is that we are not the right fit, and we would rather say so on that call than three weeks later.
We do not publish a price list. Pricing is a flat monthly fee quoted per business after that call, because what we run for a two-truck plumbing shop and what we run for a property manager are not the same amount of work. Most customers are live two to three weeks after a signed agreement, and we set the system up with you rather than mailing you a login.
Who you are writing to
Bloombilt LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company, registered on May 12, 2026. We are based in Hopkins, Minnesota and work with businesses across the Twin Cities metro. There is no call center and no offshore team: the two founders, Mohammed Guiga and Omar Shaarawi, build, deploy, and operate everything the company sells.
