Lawn care dispatch software

The rain moved Tuesday to Thursday. The board moved with it.

Bloombilt Dispatch puts the week on one board. Recurring mowing turns into stops on its own, a rained-out day drags onto the next one, the crews find out on their phones, and finished work goes out as an invoice through the QuickBooks you already run.

Built and run by Bloombilt. Flat monthly price, no per-user seats.

Mowing schedules don't empty. They repeat.

A plumber's calendar clears every night. A mowing calendar repeats until weather breaks it, and then every fix cascades: Tuesday's yards land on a Thursday that was already full, the new hire needs a route, and one skipped visit turns into a call from a customer whose lawn is a week and a half tall.

Most crews run this from a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, or one person's memory. That works until the person with the schedule in their head takes a day off. The point of a dispatch board is that the plan survives contact with the week.

What the board handles.

  • The week on one board: every crew, every stop, load per day along the bottom
  • Recurring jobs that turn into stops on their own, weekly, biweekly, or on your schedule
  • Season bounds, so mowing stops in October and starts again in April without anyone remembering
  • Drag a stop to another day or another crew; the crews whose stops moved hear about it on their phones
  • A crew app that works with no signal and syncs when it comes back
  • Timestamped proof photos on every finished stop
  • Completed work composed into an invoice and sent through your QuickBooks

No quoting, no payments, no payroll. It does the part between winning the work and getting paid for it, and leaves your books in QuickBooks where they already live. The full product page has the demo.

When the mowers come off the trailers.

Most lawn crews around here plow in winter. Same clients, same trucks, different work. Season bounds flip the board over: mowing stops in fall, plowing routes take its place, and in spring it flips back without anyone rebuilding a schedule from scratch.

One honest boundary: if you run a large commercial snow portfolio with per-event billing and zero-tolerance contracts, a dedicated snow platform does that properly and we do not. We wrote up where the line sits.

Common questions.

How is this different from Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Mostly by what it leaves out, and how it charges. It is a schedule board, a crew app, and QuickBooks invoicing, priced flat per company rather than per user, so putting your whole crew on it does not raise the bill. It does not quote, estimate, process payments, or run payroll. If you want one system for all of that, an all-in-one platform is the honest recommendation, and we say so in our comparison posts.

Can it handle recurring mowing schedules?

That is the core of it. Recurring jobs turn into stops on their own, four weeks ahead: weekly, every other week, monthly, or a custom set of weekdays. Season bounds mean the schedule stops itself in fall and restarts in spring without anyone rebuilding it.

What happens when rain pushes a day?

You drag the day's stops onto another day, or onto another crew, and the people affected get the change on their phones. The week view shows the load per day, so you can see which day can absorb the work before you move it.

We plow in winter. Does that work on the same board?

If you are a lawn crew that plows driveways and small lots in winter, yes: same clients, same trucks, same board, and season bounds flip the work over. If you run a large commercial snow portfolio with per-event billing and zero-tolerance contracts, a dedicated snow platform does that properly and we do not.

Can I move over from Jobber, Yardbook, or a spreadsheet?

We move it for you. You tell us what you are on today, we take your clients, properties, and recurring schedules across and set them up, and you check the result before you rely on it. Rebuilding recurring schedules by hand is the reason most crews never leave the software they have outgrown, so we treat migration as our job rather than yours.

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly price quoted for your company, not a per-user seat. Crew size changes with the season in this trade, and a bill that grows every time you hire for the summer is exactly the pricing problem people leave other platforms over.

How long until I'm using it?

Most customers are live in two to three weeks from signed agreement.
