Bloombilt Dispatch

Your whole week on one board.

A field service app for any company that sends people out to do the work. Put the week on a board, drag jobs onto crews, reorder the day, and send the invoice through the QuickBooks you already run.

Built for shops and crews.

Illustrative example.

The office plans the week, each day in stop order with the load per day along the bottom, because Thursday being brutal is a problem you want to see on Monday. The same day drawn as where everyone actually is: routes in visit order, finished stops faded back, so when a call comes in the nearest crew is obvious without reading a street name. And the crew gets one stop at a time, with the address as the biggest thing on the screen since that is what they are driving to.

What running a week looks like.

01

The week goes on the board.

Recurring jobs turn into stops on their own, four weeks ahead. Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a custom set of weekdays, with optional season bounds so seasonal work stops and starts again without anyone remembering. One-offs drop in beside them, and anything without a crew sits in one lane until you deal with it.

02

You move work with one gesture.

The week view shows the load per day, so an overloaded Thursday is visible on Monday. Drag a stop to another day or another crew, drag again to reorder the day, and the crews whose stops moved get a notification on their phones.

03

Finished work becomes an invoice.

Completed stops compose an invoice in the app, and QuickBooks creates it, emails it, and collects it. Your books never move, and we never touch payment processing.

What's included.

  • A day and week schedule board: drag jobs onto crews, drag to reorder the day
  • Recurring jobs with optional season bounds, so seasonal work stops and restarts without anyone remembering
  • Clients and properties, migrated for you from whatever you are on today
  • Crews and workers, with assignment changes pushed to their phones
  • Invoices composed from completed work and sent through your QuickBooks
  • Email and text support, one business day response

Onboarding is ours to run. You tell us what you are on today, we bring your clients, properties and schedules across and set them up, and you check it before you rely on it. Most customers are live in two to three weeks from signed agreement.

Common questions.

Can I move my data over?

We move it for you. Migration is white glove, whether you are coming off Jobber, Housecall Pro, something older, or a spreadsheet: you tell us what you are on today, we take your data across and set it up, and you check it before you rely on it. You are not exporting files, mapping columns, or rebuilding your recurring schedules by hand on a weekend. Getting this wrong is the reason most people never leave the software they have outgrown, so we treat it as our job rather than yours.

Why doesn't it do invoicing itself?

Because QuickBooks already does, and two systems that both think they own an invoice is where the classic sync problems come from: duplicate customers, line items collapsing, tax settings fighting each other. We compose the invoice from completed work and QuickBooks creates, sends, and collects it. Your books stay in one place.

What kind of business is this for?

Any service company that sends people out to do the work. Lawn and landscape, cleaning and janitorial, pest control, pool service, window washing, snow and ice, mobile detailing, appliance and equipment service, inspections, maintenance plans, small installs. The board does not know or care what the work is: a client has properties, a job happens once or repeats on a schedule, a visit lands on a day with a crew and an order, and someone marks it done with a photo. Your services are yours to name and price, so a pest company sets up quarterly treatments the same way a lawn company sets up mowing.

So who is it not for?

Work that never leaves a building, since there is nothing to dispatch. Companies where winning the job is the hard part rather than running it, because we do not quote or estimate. Anyone who needs payroll or payment processing inside the same system. And large commercial snow portfolios that need per-event billing and zero-tolerance contract modeling, which a dedicated snow platform does properly and we do not. Multi-day work is fine: a job can span a date range, and each day becomes its own stop a crew closes out rather than one job sitting open all week.

How long until I'm using it?

Most customers are live in two to three weeks from signed agreement.

Will this work with the tools we already use?

Yes. Our products connect to the systems your team already uses: Google Workspace, CRMs, calendars, Slack, email, and other common business tools.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime with reasonable notice. We'll export your data and hand back anything we run for you, like a website or phone number. The rest stays yours.

Where does our data live?

Your data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated from every other customer, and never used to train AI models, ours or the third-party services we use to deliver the product. Subprocessor list available on request. Full details in our privacy policy.
