Scheduling software for cleaning businesses with recurring clients
Bloombilt Dispatch puts every team's week on one board. Weekly and biweekly clients repeat on their own, a cancellation or a swap takes one drag, the cleaners see the change on their phones, and finished cleans go out as invoices through the QuickBooks you already run.
The schedule changes more than the clients do
Most of your clients are the same houses on the same days. What changes is everything around them: a cancellation at 7am, a client who wants Thursday this week, a cleaner who's out, a team that gets split.
Every one of those is a text, a call and a chance that someone drives to the wrong house. You need the week on one screen, a way to move a clean that tells the cleaners for you, and a record of when each team got there and left.
What Dispatch does
- Every team's week on one board, by day, by person or on the map
- Weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly cleans that repeat on their own
- Cancellations and swaps moved with a drag, and the cleaners see the change on their phones
- Several cleaners on one stop, and a note for the team on every visit
- Access notes and entry codes on the address, shown on every visit
- Arrival and departure times per address, plus Start day and End day hours on timesheets
- Finished cleans built into an invoice and sent through your QuickBooks
Dispatch doesn't quote, take payments or run payroll. It covers the work between winning a job and getting paid for it, and your books stay in QuickBooks.
When a cleaning-specific tool fits better
Dispatch doesn't take online bookings, run room-by-room checklists, send quotes or charge cards. If clients book themselves and pay in the same app, ZenMaid, Launch27 or Jobber are built for that. If you're deciding whether you need a full suite on top of QuickBooks at all, start with Jobber vs QuickBooks.
Common questions
Can it handle weekly, biweekly and monthly cleans?
Yes. Each client is a recurring job that repeats every week, every two weeks or every month on the days you pick. The visits land on the board, you assign the team, and the office can see the next four weeks at a glance.
A client cancelled this morning. Then another one asked to move to Thursday.
Drag the first stop off the day, or clear its date to park it in the backlog. Drag the second onto Thursday. The cleaners whose day changed get a notification on their phones, so nobody is driving to a house that isn't expecting them.
Can I put two or three cleaners on one house?
Yes. A stop can have several people on it, and each of them sees it on their phone. If the team changes for a day, change who's on the stop and the new person gets it.
Can I prove the clean was done?
Every finished stop can have photos stamped with where and when they were taken, and you can require an after photo before a stop can be marked done. Each address keeps a record of when the team arrived, when they left and who was there.
Does it have room-by-room checklists or online booking?
No. There's a note for the team on every visit and a note on the job, but no checklist per room, and clients can't book themselves online. If those are must-haves, a cleaning-specific tool like ZenMaid or Launch27 is built around them.
How much does it cost?
A flat monthly price quoted for your company, not per cleaner. Cleaning teams turn over, and adding a new hire shouldn't change your software bill.
How long until I'm using it?
Most customers are live in two to three weeks from signed agreement.
Will this work with the tools we already use?
Yes. Our products connect to the systems your team already uses: Google Workspace, CRMs, calendars, Slack, email, and other common business tools.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime with reasonable notice. We'll export your data and hand back anything we run for you, like a website or phone number. The rest stays yours.
Where does our data live?
Your data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated from every other customer, and never used to train AI models, ours or the third-party services we use to deliver the product. Subprocessor list available on request. Full details in our privacy policy.
