Pest control scheduling software for recurring treatment routes
Bloombilt Dispatch puts every tech's route on one board. Recurring treatment plans turn into visits on their own, callbacks drop onto today in a few seconds, each stop ends with a timestamped photo, and finished work goes out as an invoice through the QuickBooks you already run.
A missed treatment costs you the account
Recurring plans are the business. A customer who pays for monthly service and finds out their visit never happened is a customer who cancels, and in summer the callbacks pile on top of the routes.
You need every route and every callback on one screen, a way to move work that tells the tech for you, and proof of when each property was serviced. That's a dispatch board, and it's the first thing that stops working when the schedule lives in a spreadsheet.
What Dispatch does
- Every tech's route on one board, by day, by person or on the map
- Monthly, every-two-weeks or weekly treatment plans that repeat on their own, with season dates
- Callbacks dropped onto today and dragged to whoever is closest
- Gate codes and access notes on every visit, and skipped stops with a reason the office sees
- Timestamped photos on every finished stop, and a visit record per address
- A tech app that keeps working with no signal and syncs when it's back
- Finished work built into an invoice and sent through your QuickBooks
Dispatch doesn't quote, take payments or run payroll. It covers the work between winning a job and getting paid for it, and your books stay in QuickBooks.
When pest-specific software fits better
Dispatch doesn't keep pesticide application records, handle state compliance reporting, schedule quarterly plans as a repeat, or take payments. If those need to live in the same system as the schedule, PestPac, FieldRoutes or GorillaDesk are built for pest control. GorillaDesk is in our roundup of Jobber alternatives.
Common questions
Can it run recurring treatment plans?
Monthly, every-two-weeks and weekly plans, yes. They repeat on their own on the days you pick, with a season start and end so a mosquito or seasonal plan stops when it should. Quarterly isn't a repeat option yet, so a quarterly plan is booked as its own visit each quarter.
What about callbacks and re-services?
A callback is a one-off stop dropped onto the board for the day it's needed and given to whichever tech is closest. The address keeps a visit record, so you can see when the last treatment was and who did it before you send someone back.
Does it keep pesticide application records?
No. There's a note on every stop and photos of the work, but no fields for product, rate, target pest or EPA numbers, and no state reporting. If your state needs application records kept in the same system, PestPac and FieldRoutes are built for that.
What happens when a tech can't get in?
Gate codes and access notes show on every visit. If the yard's locked or there's a dog out, the tech skips the stop with that reason and the office sees it right away, so it can be rebooked the same day.
Can I move over from what I use now?
We move it for you. Your customers, properties and recurring service plans come across and get set up, and you check the result before you rely on it.
How much does it cost?
A flat monthly price quoted for your company, not per tech. Pest work spikes in summer, and hiring for it shouldn't raise the software bill.
How long until I'm using it?
Most customers are live in two to three weeks from signed agreement.
Will this work with the tools we already use?
Yes. Our products connect to the systems your team already uses: Google Workspace, CRMs, calendars, Slack, email, and other common business tools.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime with reasonable notice. We'll export your data and hand back anything we run for you, like a website or phone number. The rest stays yours.
Where does our data live?
Your data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated from every other customer, and never used to train AI models, ours or the third-party services we use to deliver the product. Subprocessor list available on request. Full details in our privacy policy.
