Terms of Service

Last updated May 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of bloombilt.com. They don't govern client engagements, which are covered by a separate signed services agreement.

About the site

bloombilt.com is the marketing site for Bloombilt LLC (a Minnesota LLC). It describes what we do and how to get in touch. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract, or legal/financial/technical advice for your specific situation.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Attempt to break, probe, or overload the site
  • Scrape content for resale or training without permission
  • Submit forms with content that's illegal, harassing, or deceptive
  • Misrepresent your identity

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, code, brand marks, screenshots — is owned by Bloombilt LLC or used with permission. The Bloombilt name and tulip wordmark are unregistered trademarks of Bloombilt LLC.

Blog posts are published for general reading. You can quote a passage with attribution and a link back, but please don't republish whole posts.

Client engagements

If you engage Bloombilt for a project, that engagement is governed by a separate services agreement that covers scope, payment, IP ownership of work product, confidentiality, warranties, and dispute resolution. Nothing on this site overrides that agreement.

No warranties on the site itself

The site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloombilt LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD $100.

This limit doesn't apply to liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party tools, articles, or services. We don't control those and aren't responsible for what they do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes

We'll update the "Last updated" date when we revise these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
