What does it sound like on the phone?
A friendly voice that doesn't pretend to be a person. It tells callers it's an automated assistant, asks what they need, and writes the details down. Every conversation lands in your inbox transcribed, so you can read exactly what was said.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Most customers forward their existing number, so nothing changes for callers. We can also set up a fresh local number during onboarding, whichever you prefer.
Do I have to switch phone systems or providers?
No. It runs on top of the phone system you already have, whoever your carrier or VoIP provider is. During onboarding we point your unanswered calls at the AI, so it picks up the overflow and the after-hours calls instead of letting them roll to voicemail. Your phones, your number, and your provider stay exactly as they are.
Will it promise my customers things I can't deliver?
No. It commits only to what you allow. Out of the box it won't quote prices or promise appointment times. It takes the details down, flags the lead, and leaves the commitments to you.
How long until I'm using it?

What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime with reasonable notice. We'll export your data and hand back anything we run for you, like a website or phone number. The rest stays yours.
Where does our data live?
Your data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated from every other customer, and never used to train AI models, ours or the third-party services we use to deliver the product. Subprocessor list available on request. Full details in our privacy policy.
